Add Vitals #
Face Sheet > Vitals
Example Task #
You would like to add Vitals to your patient based on their situation.
Instructions #
- Select the “Add” button.
- In the popup, you are able to add BP, Cuff Type, Temperature, Waist circumference, Pain scale, O2 sat, Pulse, Inhaled Oxygen Concentration and O2 % BldC Oximetry.
- Fill in Height and Weight, select calculate BMI AND BSA. Select either inches or centimeters for height and lbs or kgs for weight.
- Select the “Calculate” button which is available for both opposite labels BMI AND BSA to calculate.
- When all of the relevant information is added, select “Add” to save and close the vitals popup.
Add Annotation After Saving Vitals #
- Tap on the “Annotation” button. Then it will open the Annotation’s popup. Here you can add Annotation.
- You can see the information saved in the Vitals section which you had added before.
Show Growth Chart #

Example Task #
You would like to display a patient’s vitals in a chart form.
Instructions #
- Select the image of the head.
- In the popup you can see the Available charts list. If you want to see the BMI chart then tap on the “Body mass index/Age percentiles” link.
Modify Vitals #
Face Sheet > Vitals
Instructions #
- Select “View”
- Select “Change”.
- This will open the vitals form you edited before. Here you can modify the Vitals you have previously added. You can see your changes available in the Vitals section on the face sheet.
