## Example Task

You can add physical examination for the particular patient and their situation. 

 

## Instructions

1. Navigate PE tab at face sheet page.

2. Here you can add a physical examination for the particular patient.
3. You can add annotations also with ellipses(...) for the particular areas.
4. Here select with green tick mark means positive and for negative select red tick mark.
