Patient Charts #

1. Login into Docpad Module.
   
2. Select Patient Link.
   
3. Select the “All Patient” in top left hand side menu bar.
   
4. Here you can search Patient with First Name or Last name and you can also select below side buttons.
5. Finally click on Search Button top right-hand side.
