Management/Supervisor Menu Tasks #

Clinic goal is for Management and Supervisors to view Menu Mid-Day and at end of day and to be at (0) or as closest to (0) as possible and maintain this daily.

My incomplete Notes and Others Incomplete Notes is each individual documenter and Provider’s individual Incomplete note.  There are Initials to furthest right and if “hover over” Initials, full name is visible.  This must be addressed with each individual to complete as indicated.

Tests to Review and New documents must be reviewed so they are filed into Patient chart.

Today’s Orders and Scheduled Orders are daily orders placed on patients seen that day that must be either Printed/sent/faxed so they can be performed or scheduled accordingly.

Medication Request is Pharmacy requesting refills on patient medications.  These must be done daily whether to refill/deny/schedule patient.  This is for medication actions that are sent in as documentation into patient’s chart and to avoid “over the phone” calls with pharmacies and proper documentation is done.
