Example Task #

During your discussion, the patient informed you of the back pain. Review and update the back pain.

Instructions #

1. It’s required to add chief complaints like “Back Pain” to the face sheet page.
   
   
2. Navigate to the “HPI tab” at the face sheet page.
3. Here you are able to select History of Present Illness for the particular patient.
4. If you added one or more “chief complaints” but you need HPI related for the particular CC. so for that you need to select a particular CC in the HPI page at upper right hand side.
5. Here select with green tick mark means positive and for negative select red tick mark.
6. You can add annotations also with ellipses(…) for the particular areas.
