Add Diagnosis #

Face Sheet > DX tab

 

Example Task #

You want to add diagnosis depending on the patient situation through the DX tab.

 

Instructions #

1. Navigate to the DX tab at the bottom of the Face Sheet page.
   
2. Here you can search by name for the diagnosis or use the image on the left-hand side to select the diagnosis associated with those areas.  
3. After code wise selection, you can select any type of diagnosis through the list.
4. After selecting the diagnosis, it will appear on the bottom left-hand side under the image.
   
   

 

Add and Modify Diagnosis With Clinical Status, Medical Decision Making and Add Other Comments for a Particular Diagnosis #

Face Sheet > DX tab > Selected diagnosis 

 

Example Task #

You would like to add Clinical status, Medical decision-making and put other comments for a particular diagnosis that you have selected.

 

Instructions #

1. Locate the diagnosis at the bottom left-hand corner under the image. Select the link.
2. A popup will open on the left hand side. Here you can add or modify Clinical status, Medical decision making and add other comments. Select “Done” to save.
   
   
3. The symbol will change from the (…) symbol to a pencil after changes have been made.
   

 

Delete Diagnosis  #

Face Sheet > DX tab

 

Example Task #

You would like to delete the diagnosis you selected.

 

Instructions #

1. Select the “X” symbol at the end of the diagnosis name to delete the diagnosis.
   

 

“Code Wise Button” and Search Box for Inside Results #

Face Sheet > DX tab > Code wise

 

Example Task #

You would like to search for a diagnosis by code.

 

Instructions #

1. Search for a code wise diagnosis in the list of chapter-wise. Then select the “Code wise Button” or ”you can search also”.
   
   
2. After the select “code wise” button. This result will display as code wise.
   

 

Hot codes  #

Face Sheet > DX tab > Hot codes 

 

Example Task #

You want to select a diagnosis for a patient that you commonly diagnose other patients with. 

 

Instructions #

1. Select “Hot codes”.
   
2. Here you can by filter weekly, quarterly, monthly, yearly and All time.
   
   

 

Filter result #

Face Sheet >  DX tab > Filter Result 

 

Example Task #

You want to get with Include/Exclude Keywords then select the Filter Result Button.

 

Instructions #

1. Select “Filter Result”.
   
   
2. Here you can select which keywords to use with a green checkmark or which you don’t want to use with the red mark “Include/Exclude Keywords”. Select “Apply” to apply your filters.
