You create a new charge record and get the following for any procedure code:
You would need to click in the POS box to get a dropdown of valid choices. This occurs because in the Facilities Type, under Facilities, you did not select a Default Value if you have more than one choice.
Checking the box for the default value will populate the charge record with this value. Please note that if the default is incorrect for this charge that it will need to be changed manually.
